Lose up-to 8-10 kgs in a month: Diet Chart

Everybody wants to have a fit,curvy,slim figure,to achieve that ideal flab-less figure is one's dream.Some put effort to make that dream come true others don't bother to change it.Once I also belonged to that later group and started gaining too much weight gradually.My well-wishers tried to change my habit of indifference towards my figure but I did not care since I knew that means I have to go for proper diet and exercise.But finally I got some sense into me and realised that being over-weight is not only about being unattractive but also my physical health will also tend to deteriorate so much that at some point I may not be able to have my favourite food at all.
So initially I started with giving up fried,deep fried junk food and sweets.Then I started to eat in small quantities to lose my appetite but in regular intervals. Along with these, exercise is also a must for it helped me to burn tons of calories. I did not join gym rather did a lot of cardio exercises and specific body parts exercises.Now I am 59kgs,whereas I was 66kgs that means I have lost almost 7-8kgs in 1 month. Here I am giving you my diet chart provided you can follow it in your own way.























1st week:

On the first week, my goal was to lose my appetite. 

Breakfast- It should always be heavy.1 banana to start with then I did some exercises. 1 hour later a glass of milk or juice and a whole fruit.

Lunch-1 bowl yoghurt with cucumber,carrots and tomato salad.

Evening- 1 whole fruit

Dinner- 1 cup (approx.) boiled pulses.
It was very difficult at first but I tried to keep my mind distracted from any thoughts of food and gradually that became a habit.

2nd-4th  week:

Breakfast- 1 bowl of milk with cornflakes and 1 hard boiled egg white 1 hour later.

Lunch- 1 chapati, cooked pulses and some cooked vegetables

Evening- 1 whole fruit

Dinner- 1 chapati, cooked vegetables 
once a week I had boiled chicken (300gms)soup and sometimes I even opted for fish boiled or smoked.
